一 个人简介
付东辉 男,博士,研究员。1979年1月生。1998年考入华中农业大学遗传育种专业进行本科学习。2002年考入华中农业大学发育生物学专业硕博连读。2009年在西南大学从事作物学博士后工作。2011开始到十大网投平台信誉排行榜最新工作。主要从事油菜遗传育种学的研究,特别擅长分子标记的开发和利用、基因克隆、功能验证和分子育种等工作。发表英文文章50篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者的SCI论文为37篇,相继发表在Plant Journal, Molecular Plant, Journal of Advanced Research, Euphytica, Functional Plant Biology, Molecular Genetics and Genomics, Genome, Molecular Biology Reports和Plant Breeding等期刊上。申请专利26项,授权4项。目前主持(过)项目12项,包括主持国家自然科学项目3项、江西省重大项目1项、江西省支撑计划1项和江西省科技厅援藏项目1项等。为BMC Genomics, Heredity, Molecular Breeding, PloSOne, Genetica, Euphytica等16个SCI期刊审稿人。主要围绕观光型油菜花期延长和彩色油菜新品种选育进行研究。选育出了黄白、灰白、血红、暗黑红、土黄、深紫色、暗紫色、深桃红等63种,成为新一代油菜花海旅游新产品。本研究受到新华社、中国日报、中国新闻网、江西卫视和江西日报等30多家媒体的广泛报道和关注。
二 从事的特色工作
2015年从四川什邡李孝楠老师那里引进“什邡红”花粉后,选育出63种颜色彩色油菜,30余种已经达到稳定,无论颜色丰富程度,还是颜色鲜艳程度,均在国内处于领先地位。
为了满足国内油菜观赏价值进一步发挥的需要,我们是国内最早(2014年)从事油菜花期延长技术研究的团队,通过采用喷药、不育等专利技术可以使花期延长7-10天;通过长花期品种选育,可以使花期从30天延长到75天以上。获得2项国家发明专利。
国内最早将油菜向化妆品(2018年)、食品(2018年)、文创产品(2017年)和芽苗菜(2017年)等产业链延伸研究,现已开发出彩色油菜花护手霜、面膜、面霜和修复膏等化妆品,并且已经获得了国家备案;研发了油菜花相关的蛋黄酥、绿豆糕、月饼和饼干等;开发出了油菜花相关的瓷杯、雨伞、帆布包、衬衫等文创产品。部分产品已经在西安沣东生态公司、四川成都农博园、南昌泾口乡油菜花节、江苏兴华油菜花节、云南安宁油菜花节等进行了推广,备受欢迎。
2017年选育了特早熟的油菜品种,满足了长江流域景区的错季开花,春油菜高海拔或北部高维度地区,“稻稻油”地区,海南、广东和福建等偏热地区油菜的种植的需要。
国内首先(2012年)提出利用油菜进行镉污染治理的思路,选育了3个高富集的油菜品系,获得了国家发明专利和国家自然科学基金的支持。
新一代功能型菜籽油新品种开发。国内首次选育了适合老年痴呆、中风后遗症、脑瘫、面瘫和神经衰弱等具有修复神经作用的高神经酸油菜新品系(2.7%);国内首次选育出炸油条、薯块、鸡块等专用的煎炸专用油新品系(高油酸78%和低亚麻酸3.5%);选育出与小孩智力发育密切相关的高亚麻酸油菜(17%)品系;选育出适合“三高”人食用的高油酸油菜品系,具有高油酸(大面积生产78%)、产量高、抗性强和广适性等特点,适合秋播和春播等不同的生态区种植。其中高神经酸和高油酸品种已经进行了特殊功能食用油的开发。
